iPod Shuffle Washed, Lives

You know it’s a slow day in the world of iPod news when the big story that everyone’s linking to is KarmCity’s first person account of running an iPod through the washing machine, and practically killing it… only to have it spring back to life after some quality drying-out time. I guess it’s good to know that the shuffle can stand up to that kind of abuse, especially since its size pretty much guarantees that it won’t be the last time this happens to someone. (Prepare for the post-holidays flood of similar stories).
